West London duo 16Bit are two of the most respected electronic producers working today. Their sound is influenced as much by techno and electro as well as dub and jungle, with huge distorted riffs and juggernaut bass underpinned by crunching drums and mind-melting sonic engineering. Renowned by DJ's and fans worldwide, the duo's recently signed to MTA Records, home to the of likes of NERO and Chase & Status and collaborated with superstar Björk on her upcoming album.
Bursting onto the scene with massive tunes like Chainsaw Calligraphy, In the Death Cab, Toxic and their now infamous 'Milky Pie' mixtape, the duo scored massive accolades from BBC Radio DJ's Mary Anne Hobbs and Kissy Sell-Out and support from the scene's biggest DJs.
Remixes for the likes of Chase & Status, Amon Tobin, Borgore, Plan B, Professor Green and Noisia’s huge tune Machine Gun have continued to raise their profile with DJ's and fans alike, having their tune JUMP! used in a massive Nike commercial and even scoring their own video-game for the Nintendo Wii.
